Lifting is going well. Yesterday my mom, brother and I ran a 5k for the 4th of July. It was actually pretty fun. I can't stop laughing at all of the old men in their super short shorts. I didn't place in the top 2 but I was fairly happy with my time for not being a cross country runner. I have been so busy working at the pool and getting my calves ready for the fair in 3 weeks... can't wait!!
