Hey , so I think my workout book is maybe missing a page :-/ Can someone explain to me what to do in the T-Drill ( I have the set up but not what to do in it ) and what the wheel of death is ?
For the Wheel of Death, think of a compass with N, NE, E, SE, S, SW, W, NW. It is a circle with 8 cones evenly spaced and each cone is 15 feet from the center. You start out in the center and sprint to N, back peddle to center, sprint to the NE cone, hit it with right foot, center, side shuffle to E, side shuffle back to center, sprint to SE cone, hit with right foot, center, back pedal to S cone, sprint to center, Sprint to SW cone, HIT WITH LEFT FOOT, center, side shuffle to W cone, side shuffle back to center, sprint to NW cone and HIT WITH LEFT FOOT, then sprint through the center and hit the SE cone where you stop time.
For the T-Drill, you need to sprint from the beginning cone to the middle cone at the top of the T, break down into an athletic stance, then turn and sprint to the right cone, turn and sprint all the way through the left cone.
