So...running in thunderstorms...totally an awesome and stupid idea! =)  I went for a run today in my neighborhood, which is about 4-5 miles depending on the path I take, and I didn't know it til I was about 5 or so minutes out that a thunderstorm was forming.  So here I am, running with lightning and thunder all around and I am too stubborn to turn back early.  After I got to the end and was turning back, the sky was super black and the rain and wind started to pick up....oops!  I began to hightail it back home!  It was probably the best race of my life!!!!  All these people looked at me like I was crazy when they ran into their houses and several cars stopped trying to see if they could take me home...even my mom came looking for me hahaha!  But I can't ever pass up running in a storm like that so I kept saying no to people.  The storm definitely beat me home but it was well worth running in it...BEST RUN OF THE SUMMER!!!
