Hi all!  So this week at work has been absolutely exhausting.  With the holidays coming up, we have had many catering orders and a lot of people coming in to buy humongous bagel orders, pastry orders, and such..ugh!  To top it off...we hired a night baker last month who still has no idea what he is doing and we just took on a new assistant manager who didn't know what he signed up for when he took the job at the busiest Panera in Alabama...great!  So I have had to not only open the store every day this week except Wednesday, but I have also had to take the lead in making sure the cafe has been sound while the new manager learns his position.  Good thing is that we have a really good staff and the customers have been politer this week than they normally are...thank goodness for holidays and cheeriness in the air!!  Anyways, hopefully I will be heading to Nashville over the 4th or to a baseball game...I am dying for a good ole American ball game and some peanuts and cracker jacks ; )
