Hey everyone! This week has been good. I feel like workouts are getting harder and harder but that's because I keep pushing myself harder. I ran a mile today at my old middle school track.It's the first time I've attempted to run it besides on a tredmill and I got it done within 8:41. For me, that is a decent time! I was kind of suprised. I'm going to start running each day and hopefully by the time school starts I've got it down to 7 something! It's soooo hott outside though, I'm about to go lay out and try to get some sun. It'll be relaxing (:

i know what you mean about the track workouts and stuff...im trying to do my running outside on a track but this weather i think its too dangerous to be running outside...well it doesn't help that i work nights now soo when its cool outside im either working or too tired from work to go run so this week i have hardly run but this weekend i will get it in...if not then im gonna run on the treadmill as well...but keep pushing yourself! :)
