can i just say track workouts for conditioning, really??...i picked softball over track for a reason!! hahaha but they will come back and help later on! i must say that i am quite proud of myself though cuz i got all my half miles done in the 3:30 time limit!! the first one i did in 3:11 and the other ones were all between 3:28-3:30. i must be in better shape then i thought i was :) other than workouts i have just been working...boo! guess u gotta pay the bills somehow haha. i am really pumped for this weekend though cuz i get to play again!! :) it is my last tourney for the summer which is sad but i am excited to get on the field again. hope everyone has a great week and we see more of u at the scrimmage thing on monday :)

I better get in better shape then! I don't think I can do my half a mile in 3 minutes. I guess I better get working lol. Thanks for making me push myself just by reading this! (:
