hey girls!! so yesterday i ran and today i lifted and lets just say im sore it hurts to sit stand lay down run squat everything haha but yesterday i was worked and then i had to help my sister at her senior pictures soo i ran last night...i ran on the tredmill...so i was like i will run on 6.5 and go from there. well i was dying so i decided to just run a mile cuz i was like literally ready to fall over dead. and not to mention completely embarrassed and so confused because i was like why can't i run on 6.5 for a mile. i knew it has been awhile but i was like come on rachael your better than this...so i made an executive decision to just walk/jog on a really steep incline and when i went to increase the incline i realized that i had been running on a 4.0 incline for a mile...haha so now i don't feel as out of shape lol needless to say though my hamstrings are in a constant burn haha but anyways today i lifted and it went well except for the squats because of the burning pain in my hamstrings and the pull ups wow those stink! haha but i attempted them lol
but whoever reads this you will get a kick out of this! so i work at a factory this summer and you will never believe what i do almost everyday for 8 hours a day!...i pack pads! lol yep that's right feminine napkins (as us pad packers prefer) lol yep its a great job haha well at least it is a job but haha its awesome! lol if you want any good stories just let me know haha i have some! lol :)
well its about that time to go to bed because i have to get up to pack some more feminine napkins ;) lol later ladies enjoy the soreness...just remember pain is weakness leaving the body!
