Hi Ladies!!
Well got the first workout of the summer in today, lets just say it lead to one tired and sore girl haha. I played in my first tournament of the summer this past weekend and while my coach said he was going to put me more in the infield that clearly didn't happen cuz i caught 2 of the 3 games i played in haha. I only played about half of the second game but still, not catching for so long makes you super sore the next day haha. so then adding the lifting today on top of that basically means i am going to be sore all week. gotta love it! haha. but i hope everyone is enjoying their summer so far and keeps up with stuff! it will only make us better come next season :):)
